Pork Chops to Live For

I finally finished my own grocery shopping today with a trip to Publix and Kroger.  I spent last week and this week stocking my pantry and refrigerator back up.  I had went two or three weeks without going to the store before vacation week, so we were getting a little low.  I probably will not go shopping next week unless it is for a super deal only (or milk). Tomorrow I will be cooking a good southern dinner.  My husband loves good country cooking.  If you plan to pick up any pork chops this week at Kroger ($1.99 per lb.), then try Pork Chops to Live For.  It is a simple crockpot meal.  Pair it with some mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and collards.  Top it off with a super easy banana pudding.  Prepare one box of fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding with fat free milk.  After pudding is set, add several cut up bananas and some vanilla wafers. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour or so and you have a delicious dessert with half of the calories!  I am already looking forward to dinner tomorrow night and I am not even a pork lover.  If you have any great dinner ideas, please send them in.
