The meal deals are here this week with a new, simpler format for you to use. The items in red are not part of a sale this week at Kroger but the shopping list is strictly for Kroger. Any items that are part of the current sale at Publix are notated in blue. Remember, the Publix sale started earlier last week and will end either tomorrow or Wednesday depending on your area so if you want to snag some of those great deals you better get a move on it. Do you remember the example I gave of Walmart dinner rolls going up to $2.34? They are only $.99 at Kroger this week! My point exactly! Even if there are a few items cheaper at Walmart, it will definitely balance out! I am definitely no longer on the Great Value bandwagon. Anyway, I do hope you enjoy the meals this week. There are a few "convenience dinners" on the list this week and one crockpot dinner. I also included a breakfast. Sometimes we have "breakfast for dinner" and we always have a big breakfast on Saturday morning. If you have any suggestions, please send them to me!

Once you have loaded your card from all the websites, you can print a list from kroger.com and it will include cellfire and shortcuts coupons in the list. Remember, you can stack your paper coupons with your saved coupons on your card.
